Valentine Nugget Tin

Hello Amigas! Today was a little colder than yesterday but of course that didn't stop Joaquin and I from enjoying the day. We went to the library and took out some new books. One of the books we borrowed is Go To Bed, Monster. Lucy can't sleep so she decides to make shapes on her page and it turns out she drew a monster. Well Joaquin and I did the same. She speaks of oval body, square head, rectangle legs triangles on his back. I gave Joaquin the same instruction and he did well. It also helped reinforce his shapes. We also found an Amelia Bedelia's First Day of School. Funny to read about her when she was younger and literal-minded. Both Solimar and Joaquin love reading Amelia Bedelia.
Here is a Nugget Tin I made for Valentine's Day. This holiday doesn't have to be expensive. By simply wrapping Hershey nuggets with DSP and adding a band and sentiment, you have a PERFECT Gift! At least, I think so!

Give Thanks

Hola Amigas! I can't believe we are in mid-November. What are your plans for Thanksgiving? Do you cook? I certainly do not. I bake...Same-Difference, right?
Here are some fall Thank Yous I made for my hubby. I always have to use Real Red, Basic Black and Whisper White. So it DAMPENS my mojo. I cased this from Mary Fish. The only difference is my hubby didn't want any of the brads nor did he want fish tails on the ribbon. I did end up changing the ribbon from satin to grograin.

Gently Falling

Hola Amigas! This is one of my favorite seasons. I love seeing the leaves change colors. I love all the different color mums. The air is crisp. My house will either smell like apple pie or pumpkin pie due to all the baking. What is your favorite thing about Autumn. This was a SUPER SIMPLE No Layer card I created for my workshop. I focused on the stamp set Gently Falling from the Holiday Mini 2011. What do you think?
