SUDSOL Blog Tour #14
Hola Amigas! How are you today? WOW! It's February. I hope you have your coffee/tea and a muffin because you are going to have lots of fun seeing all the artwork displayed thru SUDSOL's 14th Blog Tour. We will all be featuring Occassions Catalog 2014 and SAB 2014 products. If you just came from Maree's blog, didnt just love her artwork? If you are starting with me, WELCOME!
In the card above I used the Fresh Prints DSP Stack. I love buying these stacks because you get 48 sheets (4 each of 12 double-sided designs). Great for card fronts. Here are the beautiful sheets you receive.
My next card uses the new stamp set Another Great Year.
This is a GREAT stamp because it takes just about the whole card front...LOVE THAT! Makes for really fun and simple birthday wishes. I can't wait to make these in different colors.
Here is the awesome complete stamp set.

12th SUDSOL Blog Tour
Hola Amigas. Welcome to the 12th SUDSOL Blog Tour.
What better way to see NEW items from the 2013-2014 Catalog. I hope you have grabbed your coffee and treat.
Sit back and relax for a GREAT Journey with my SUDSOL and Stampin' UP! Sisters.
Today I am sharing with you fun projects I created with our NEW Washi Tape.
I wasn't sure what to do with it at first but OH, MY! I LOVE IT!
My first project was to make new magnets for my new fridge.
I used wooden clothespins and just added the tape on the front and magnets on the back. EASY PEASY!
I do want to say that you will get better results (in my opinion) if you paint the wood white first.
So above you see my clothespins that are painted white. Below you see the clothespins that are not painted.
See the difference. Although the both look great. The white makes the washi tape POP!
My next project is a cute frame. I loved adding DSP to my frames prior to washi tape but NOW love adding the washi tape too...TOO CUTE! I am going to have to do this with my Mini Crafty Chicas. YES! The flowers are washi tape too!
and now here is my last project. I added washi tape to a light cover for Solimar's room. I really liked this for her and so did she. This is another project I will definitely do with my Mini Crafty Chicas.
I hope that you are loving my projects and all the ones shared today.

Simple Birthday Thanks

I am featuring Simple Birthday Thanks. This is one of the Thank Yous my 4 year old daughter and I made. Cute, huh? I stamped the image without the words on both Blush Blossom and Chocolate Chip. For Solimar's part I stamped them on Whisper White and she had free rein to do decorate as she wished. She used a variety of Stampin' UP! products (markers, watercolor crayons and aquapainter, reinkers, etc) YES I LET HER PLAY WITH MY STUFF. She takes care of it well and knows the value so why not? and yes she gets ink on my blocks but that doesn't bother me either.Ink: SU Classic Black
Paper: SU Chocolate Chip, Blush Blosson and Whisper White
Accessories: ALL SU! Crimper (bottom of cake), brad (hidden in sprinkles), Stampin' Glitter (Chunky Essentials-red cherry), Chunky Sprinkles (Crystal Iris-sprinkles), Lovely Lilac marker (Solimar's cake top)
These little bags I made for a little girls birthday favors. Isn't cute? Depending on the age they were stuffed with different things. I used DSP for the cake bottom so that the inside is also a different design. These were super easy to make.Paper: SU Chocolate Chip, Pretty in Pink Patterns Pack DSP
Ribbon: Pretty in Pink Grosgrain
Accessories: SU Chunky Sprinkles (Light Pink-sprinkles)
This card I made as one of many samples for Joaquin's (my son) 1st birthday. I stamped the bottom of the cupcake twice on DSP and then glued the edges to make it into a pocketcard. What do you think?Paper: SU Gable Green, Whisper White, Bashful Blue Patterns Pack DSP
Accessories: Stampin' Emboss Powder, Real Red Marker
