Simple Birthday Thanks
I am featuring Simple Birthday Thanks. This is one of the Thank Yous my 4 year old daughter and I made. Cute, huh? I stamped the image without the words on both Blush Blossom and Chocolate Chip. For Solimar's part I stamped them on Whisper White and she had free rein to do decorate as she wished. She used a variety of Stampin' UP! products (markers, watercolor crayons and aquapainter, reinkers, etc) YES I LET HER PLAY WITH MY STUFF. She takes care of it well and knows the value so why not? and yes she gets ink on my blocks but that doesn't bother me either.
Ink: SU Classic Black
Paper: SU Chocolate Chip, Blush Blosson and Whisper White
Accessories: ALL SU! Crimper (bottom of cake), brad (hidden in sprinkles), Stampin' Glitter (Chunky Essentials-red cherry), Chunky Sprinkles (Crystal Iris-sprinkles), Lovely Lilac marker (Solimar's cake top)
These little bags I made for a little girls birthday favors. Isn't cute? Depending on the age they were stuffed with different things. I used DSP for the cake bottom so that the inside is also a different design. These were super easy to make.
Paper: SU Chocolate Chip, Pretty in Pink Patterns Pack DSP
Ribbon: Pretty in Pink Grosgrain
Accessories: SU Chunky Sprinkles (Light Pink-sprinkles)
This card I made as one of many samples for Joaquin's (my son) 1st birthday. I stamped the bottom of the cupcake twice on DSP and then glued the edges to make it into a pocketcard. What do you think?
Paper: SU Gable Green, Whisper White, Bashful Blue Patterns Pack DSP
Accessories: Stampin' Emboss Powder, Real Red Marker

Hey Cupcake, your designs look awesome, great job.
Such darling ideas. I love each one and love that you include your daughter in your projects.
Cute, Cute, Cute treat box!
Nola
Oh man, now I have to buy that cupcake! Your projects are so great that they make me realize how bad I need it. Thanks for sharing your talent.
Adorable. I think it's great that you let your daughter play, too. Mine loves to stamp with me and I hope she always will!
My five year old not only plays with my stuff, but has started collecting his own. Your daughter did a wonderful job! (you did too)
They look nice. I especially like the cupcake card for your son's first birthday.
love that the cupcake top slides out. Great idea! nice work! Thanks for all the inspiration today, this is a great tour. Sherrill Graff istmpnv@aol.com
Hey bloggin' sista! Such cute cupcakes! My 5yo son LOVES stampin' too! He was telling our babysitter all about how you can use markers on the stamp to get different colors..I never even told him that, they see and hear EVERYTHING!! You'll have to share the directions on the cute little party favor box!
I love this big cupcake! Just beautifully done
I love the pocket card idea! So great that you and your daughter did one together!
I love cupcakes and yours are wonderful!
Cute, cute, CUTE! And, I think it's great that you let Solimar "play"! How else will she gain a love of stamping????
Yummy! Sweet! Love it!
Marisol, the cupcake bag is the cutest. Love what you've done with the stamp set. Thanks for sharing your talents with all of us.
I did not know that a cupcake could be so cute. I thought they just tasted good! Great work!
That is such a great stamp for all those gifts that kids receive! I love how you made the card together!! Thanks so much for sharing!
Wouldn't you know it - I already had my birthday this year! Great job, especially the cupcakes!
AW, you are a nicer mom than me, I hardly let my kids use my stuff! They tend to be rough with all of it, though!
Super cute artwork, GREAT JOB!
Awesome projects! Great Job! Renee
Cute cards and gift favor. I think it is great that you let your daughter "do her own thing" on her cards. That is wonderful training for writing thank you notes and keeping it light and fun instead of like a "chore".
Love the cupcake card!! Thanks for joining in on the fun!!
Marisol,
I keep bypassing this stuff in the catty and today, I've decided you've enabled me to purchase! Way to go! I'm sure my hubby will love you for it!
Great job. Good ideas. Thanks for sharing.
Love the cupcakes:)
Marisol,
CUTE! CUTE! CUTE!
I would love directions for the party favor box also.
TFS,
Lorita
How sweet! Have loved that set since I saw it featured at Convention last summer. Your projects are wonderful.
This is so cute!!!! Thanks for your kind words on my blog, the stamp company is The Greeting Farm, formerly known as Pink Poison. They have the most adorable stamps! www.thegreetingfarm.com
Marisol: I love all of it, but especially the little bag. You are the greatest; thanks for all your help, support and contributions to the blog tour!
Marisol... It's so great to see YOUR samples. I want to EAT one of the cupcakes! ~Blythe
Cute thank you notes for your daughter!! Great job!
