Gifts, Gifts and More Gifts

Hola Amigas! How are you? I have been SUPER BUSY! I made 15 headbands for Solimar's classroom. Her teacher is giving them to the girls for Christmas. I also made 24 Snowman Soup Mugs for her as well. From Solimar I made Reindeer Food...and so MUCH MORE. Here are just 3 of the headbands I made.

All these headbands use Stampin UP Flower Folds Sizzix die. I also used SU ribbon and/or SU brads as embellishments. Stampin UP now has a fabric line so I will show you the headbands and MORE with those soon...

Frosty's Wife-Crystal

Hola Amigas! Solimar's teacher asked me to make a 3D snowman and of course I said yes...I used Lynn Pratt's tutorial. It was NOT EASY! But so worth it...It was so heavy I had to make a base for it. I did try a skewer as Lynn suggested but that didn't work for me.

Holiday Mug

Hello! How are you today? Today I am going to share how to make this cute mug. Cute, huh? You will start with a piece of 8 3/8 x 3 1/2 cardstock. If you choose to add DSP that will be 8 3/8 x 3 1/4. Ensure that DSP is adhered with strong adhesive. You will also score your cardstock at 1", 2", 3", 4", 5", 6", 7" and 8".Your next step is to prep for the handle. In the 3rd column you are going to measure 1 1/2 down and make a mark and then you will take your hobby blade and from the end of that mark you will make a 1/4 slit. From the bottom of the 1/4 slit you are going to measure down 1 1/8 down and make a mark. Now from this last mark you will make a 1/4 slit down. Easy Peasy!
You will then add sticky strip to the end strip ( the skinniest one) and adhere together

Your next step is to make the bottom. Using your circle scissor, colluzzle, mug, etc you are going to make a 3 1/8 circle. I think cut slits every 1 inch. You then score the connecting slits.
Are you still with me? Now for your handle. You will cut of piece of same colored cardstock at 2 x4 and fold in half. Use your colluzze, punch, etc and punch a circle. I used the 1 3/4 circle punch. Your next step is to get a smaller punch, coluzzle circle, etc and punch inside. The open part of this piece should be facing you if you are using the punch. I punch little bit by little bit so as not to over punch.Insert into slits and TA DA! I made mine simple but of course you can add embellies and ribbon and MORE!
RECIPE: ALL STAMPIN UP
Paper: Real Red, Candy Cane Christmas DSP (Holiday Mini)
Accessories: Circle Punches (1 3/4, 1 1/4), Hobby Blade, Sticky Strip

I get to give one free pass away but this time there is a twist. I have to choose a new friend someone I don't know. Who knows it could be YOU! I definitely need to redo this card. Not sure what it is but its either missing something or this is not the correct stamp to use for this sketch. Any thoughts?
